a private limited company
Is a separate legal status from its shareholders and directors. It is the most popular business entity in Singapore as the owners or shareholders of the company have limited liabilities for the debts and losses of the company. This is unlike business entities such as a Sole Proprietorship and Partnership where owner or partners are personally liable for all liabilities of the entity.
An Employment Pass (EP)
Is a Singapore work visa issued by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower to foreign professional employees, managers, and owners or directors of Singaporean companies. This work visa allows you to live and work in Singapore, as well as travel in and out of the country without having to apply for entry visas. An Employment Pass is usually valid for 1-2 years and can be renewed after. Possessing an EP also makes it easier for you to apply for permanent residence (PR) in Singapore.

2. Company Secretarial Services:

3. Company Registered Address (RA) for 12 months
Listing our address as your company’s registered address with ACRA

Provision of a nominee director to the company for 6 months for statutory purpose

Step 1: Submit the details below

Step 2: Collate your documents
We will check the availability of the proposed company name. We will also send you the relevant forms for you to furnish the required details. Supporting documents will be required to facilitate the due diligence work and preparation of the incorporation documents accordingly.
Step 3: Make payment
Upon receipt of the completed registration details form and after our due diligence clearance, we will send you an invoice for our services. We will proceed to incorporate the company with ACRA once we received your payment for our services. We accept bank transfer and local cheque.
Step 4: Incorporate Company
Upon the signing of the incorporation documents, we will proceed to register the company with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA). Once the company has been incorporated, you may proceed to open a corporate bank account.
Step 5: Open bank account
At your request, we will assist you with opening of a corporate bank account by providing the necessary incorporation documents for the newly incorporated company. Please note that the bank will conduct their own due diligence and will require to meet the directors and shareholders of the company.
Step 6: EP Application
Concurrently with step 5, we will start the process to prepare the Employment Pass application and request from you the required supporting documents. Once ready, we will proceed to apply the Employment Pass application along with supporting documents and wait for the authority decision.
Step 7: EP Appeal, if needed
In the event if the initial employment pass application is rejected, we will get in touch and explore the reasons with the authorities. Thereafter, we will work together with you to prepare more information and documents to file an appeal with the authority. This appeal will be done with no extra costs to you.
Step 8: EP Issued & Relocation
Once the Employment Pass approval letter is granted, you will be required to visit Singapore to collect your pass. We will assist you in scheduling an appointment with authorities for the collection of the pass. Subsequently, you are ready to relocate to Singapore and start working for the company.
FAQ - COMpany incorporation
1. What are the documents and information required for incorporation of a company?
For each Singapore resident individual shareholder and director:
Copy of Singapore IC; or
Copy of passport if the individual is not a citizen of Singapore
For each non-resident individual shareholder and director:
Copy of passport; and
Copy of residential address proof such as a recent utility bill, residential phone bill, tax bill, or cable TV bill
For each corporate shareholder:
Copy of the certificate of registration; and
Current extract of company particulars from Registrar of Companies; and
Copy of the constitution of the company; and
A board resolution approving the incorporation of the Singapore company and the proposed shareholding
Company group structure, where applicable
All documents above must be in English or officially translated in English
All copies of documents must be certified true copies by a notary public if any of the directors or shareholders (individual or corporate) is a non-resident of Singapore (ie. foreigner)
If you are overseas, you can email us the scanned copies of documents so we can proceed with preparing the necessary incorporation documents.

2. What are the key requirements to register a company in Singapore?
At least one shareholder (individual or corporate entity). A foreigner is allowed to own 100% shareholding in a Singapore Company
At least one director must be a local resident of Singapore (Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident)
One company secretary residing locally in Singapore. He/ she must not be the sole director of the company
Initial paid-up share capital of at least S$1
A physical Singapore office address
3. How long does it take to incorporate a Singapore company?
The actual incorporation of a company can be accomplished within a day after our due diligence clearance. However, the overall process can take anywhere from one day to few weeks depending on the furnishing of the incorporation documents required and of the approval from ACRA

1. What are the documents and information required for employment pass application?
Completed employment pass application form
1 passport size recent photo
Copy of passport
Copy of all educational certificates
Copy of resume
Copy of past employment testimonials and appointment/ employment letter (if available)
1 to 2 page cover letter that summarise the detailed description of the activities and/ or products of the company
1 to 2 page cover letter that summarise the detailed description of the role and/ or duties to be performed by the applicant
1 to 2 page cover letter to describe the similar existing business in operation overseas (if any) and/ or the applicant past track records

2. Can employment pass application be filed before incorporating the company?
No, that is not possible. Your company must be incorporated first before the employment pass application can be submitted
3. How long does it take to process employment pass application?
When the Employment Pass application is filed online, generally it takes about 4 weeks to receive a response from from authorities. It may take longer during peak periods or when additional information is required from the various economic agencies.
Below is a guidance on the timeline of the entire process:
Incorporation of company will take few days to weeks depending on the completeness of the documents collated and the due diligence check. If you are present in Singapore, it will help speed up the process
After the company is incorporated, the company will need to apply and activate the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) online system. This process can take up to 14 days from the day of notification to the MOM
Submission of the employment pass application will depend on the completeness of the information and documents required
MOM will take about 4 weeks to come respond if the application is successful. Occasionally, the authority will request for additional information to be submitted. Also if the authority rejected the application initially, an appeal will need to be made. In this case, more time are required to explore the reasons and to collate the additional supporting documents for the appeal
After the pass is approved, there are still formalities that will need to be taken care of such as the medical examination, the appointment for fingerprinting registration, collection of the pass, etc, which may take few more days depending when the applicant is available in Singapore
4. What is the success rate with my employment pass application?
